目的:

结果:
在大脑额叶和海马体中5-HT、DA、NE水平,PSD大鼠组显著低于对照中风大鼠组(P0.01)。此外,PSD大鼠组与对照组相比大脑额叶中FGF-2蛋白表达水平也显著降低(P0.01)。但海马体中FGF-2的蛋白表达水平无统计学差异(P0.05)。大鼠额叶中FGF-2mRNA表达水平干预组显著低于对照组(P0.01)。
结论:
因此,单胺类神经递质和PSD大鼠中FGF-2表达水平降低与PSD发生率有关。
